Billy Sam Borchardt

Manager of Top of Texas Gin

Billy Sam is a product of Tulia High School, graduating in 1983. He received his BS with an Agriculture Business degree from Texas A&M in 1987. Billy is the father of three, his wife is Kenee, and they reside in Canyon.

Billy Sam grew up on a farm and as a "little shaver" spent a lot of time in a family owned farm store. He learned at an early age responsibility and the necessity of "satisfying the customer". This experience has served him well as he was employed at Windstar first as manager of Tule Creek Gin and then to Top of Texas when it was built in 2001.

Billy Sam also serves as a regular director of Windstar and we look forward to productive years ahead.
